Follow Your Watch Every Step of the Way

Each Gordon watch is assembled with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Through MyGordon, clients can follow a clear, real-time process divided into distinct production stages:

 

  1. Pending – Your order has been received and is awaiting confirmation.

  2. Confirmed – The order is approved and ready to enter production.

  3. Waiting for Lamination – Your components are queued for lamination (if selected).

  4. In Lamination – The premium lamination treatment is being applied.

  5. Movement Assembly – The assembly of the mechanical movement begins — the beating heart of your watch.

  6. In Assembly – The movement is fitted into the case and completed with the crystal, bezel, crown, and bracelet.

  7. Quality Check – Final inspection and finishing by our in-house laboratory.

  8. Watch is Ready – Your timepiece is ready for shipment.

  9. Shipped – The package has been handed over to the courier; the tracking code is provided to the client.

  10. Delivery – The watch has been delivered to its owner.

Each phase is represented by a dedicated, elegant animation that turns the waiting period into part of the experience — allowing you to witness the birth of your timepiece step by step.

  • See whether your watch includes lamination.

  • Access technical specifications, delivery date, and warranty details.
