Returns and Refunds Policy – Gordon Luxury

Gordon Luxury is committed to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. For this reason, we offer a simple and transparent returns policy.

Right of Return
Customers have the right to request a return within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery of the order.

Return Conditions
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, complete with original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Gordon Luxury reserves the right to carry out a thorough inspection of the returned product before approving the return.

Return Approval
Once the product has been received and inspected, the return will be approved only if it complies with the conditions outlined above.

Refund
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued within 30 (thirty) days. The amount will be credited using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase.
