Temporary Suspension of PayPal

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that PayPal has been temporarily suspended as a payment method.
Due to the high sales volume, PayPal has applied a 20% rolling reserve on all transactions. Please note that this is a standard precautionary measure used by PayPal to cover potential future refunds or disputes, and it is not related to a history of refunds on our account.

For a business with limited margins, this situation is unsustainable. Therefore, we have decided to suspend PayPal while we discuss with them a more balanced solution.
If no agreement is reached, PayPal may not be reactivated.

We fully understand that PayPal represents an important and trusted payment option for many customers, but at the same time, we must also protect our business and ensure fair selling conditions.

Our other secure and traceable payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) remain fully available.
