WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION?

We ship throughout the European Union, with free shipping and no customs fees. For international orders (outside the European Union), the package will be shipped once payment is received and the order is approved. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

The watch is assembled after the order is placed, a process that takes 10 to 12 days. For watches that include a gold or platinum laminate, the process takes 20 to 22 days. Once the assembly is complete, we require an additional 2 days to process the shipment and packaging, with delivery guaranteed in 48 hours via DHL.

In summary:

- Without laminate: delivery in 20-22 days from the order.
- With laminate: delivery in 30-32 days from the order.
